PHASE 01

We start with understanding - the project scope, the programme, the site conditions and your technical requirements. This is whether we're responding to a formal tender, a partner work order or a homeowner's "we want WiFi everywhere" conversation. Same disciplined first step regardless.

OUTPUT - CONFIRMED BRIEF

02

PHASE 02

Site survey & infrastructure assessment.

A physical site visit - not a desktop estimate. We assess cable routes, containment options, power and earthing conditions, comms room space and any constraints that affect the installation. This is where we identify the problems before they become invoiced surprises.

OUTPUT - SITE ASSESSMENT REPORT

03

Scope of works & commercial proposal.

PHASE 03

A formal scope, material schedule and itemised commercial proposal. every cable counted. Every component priced. No vague "supply & install" line items. No work commences without a signed acceptance or a purchase order from the partner.

OUTPUT - PROPOSAL & QUOTE

04

PHASE 04

Programme integration.

Installation is sequenced into the project programme - coordinated with electrical, civil, AV and other trades where applicable. For partner projects, we align to the principal contractor's schedule. For direct clients, we agree on access windows that minimise disruption.

OUTPUT - CONFIRMED SCHEDULE

05

PHASE 05

Installation.

Physical cabling, containment, rack builds and hardware deployment - executed to international structured cabling standards. Every cable pulled cleanly. Every termination tight. Every rack dressed. Tracked against the formal work order from start to finish.

OUTPUT - PHYSICAL INSTALL

06

PHASE 06

Testing & Certification.

Every copper link tested using calibrated test equipment. Every fibre span tested with an OTDR and optical power meter. Pass results documented. Fails - if any - rectified and re-tested before they leave our queue. Nothing in the handover pack that hasn't passed.

OUTPUT - TEST REPORTS

07

PHASE 07

Handover & sign-off.

A formal handover meeting on-site with the client or principal contractor. We walk through what was installed, demonstrate how it works and present the Job Completion Report along with all supporting documentation. No team demobilises from site without a signed JCR.

OUTPUT - SIGNED JCR

08

PHASE 08

Documentation submission.

As-built drawings, certified test reports, photographic records and the signed JCR - submitted to your project folder or document management system within 24 hours of handover. The complete digital footprint of the installation, ready for the next person who needs to work on it.

OUTPUT - FULL DOCUMENTATION PACK

OUR PROCESS PROMISE

Every partner and principal contractor we work with can expect the same thing on every engagement: a complete, accurate documentation package at handover.

NO CHASING FOR TEST REPORTS.

NO MISSING RECORDS. NO UNSIGNED JCRS.

WHY THE PROCESS MATTERS

A process you can trust is a project that won't surprise you.

NO SCOPE CREEP

Every scope change is documented, quoted and approved in writing - before any extra work begins. No "while I'm here" billing.

NO HELD-UP PROGRAMMES

We arrive on the day we said we'd arrive, finish when we said we;d finish and don't block other trades waiting on us.

NO DOCUMENTATION GAPS

Every installation comes with full as-builts, test reports and photographic records - handed over before the final invoice.

Let's start at step 01.

Tell us about your project. We respond within one business day.
